Credentials: SMTP and Telegram integration credentials you optionally provide are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never appear in logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the TouchSMS Bridge platform.
To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets).
To generate delivery reports and analytics visible only to your account.
To improve our platform features and fix issues.
To comply with applicable laws and regulations in Liberia and internationally.

Every record in TouchSMS Bridge is scoped to your unique tenant ID — architecturally, not just by policy. No other tenant or user can access your data. We use industry-standard encryption, secure HTTPS connections, and regular security audits to protect your information.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One person or business entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. SMS Delivery & Carrier Costs

TouchSMS Bridge routes messages through your configured carrier or gateway. All SMS delivery costs are incurred by you based on your own carrier plan and are not charged by TouchSMS Bridge. We make no guarantee of delivery success, as delivery depends on your carrier, recipient network, and message content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass recipients.
Distribute illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Impersonate any person or organization.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Free Trial & Billing

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial period, continued use may require a paid plan. Pricing is displayed in the platform and is subject to change with advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, logos, and content are the property of Touch Technology. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
